The difference as I understand it is that the frames in-between the real frame are generated by extrapolation in the Frame Generation technologies. They use one of the many flavors of AI to do this.
The TV’s Motion Smoothing is interpolation (which is fine for Movies) as there is no latency to be “felt”.
Script??? Think bigger, friend, you don’t need developers, just tell the AI what you want and compile.

X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=trueBut that’s probably the hard way to do it, I think the settings panel should also have a Startup Application tab.
What are you using as a Desktop Environment? Certain with DEs the Autostart programs need to be added in the config file.

I work in german SW development, so I understand. I would put it like this, german backends are among the best you can find but german frontends are usually complicated and not intuitive…
