JS execution in a browser is hardly a problem.

That virultotal report looks completely fine to me, including the behavior tab.
Regardless, imagine what would happen if the firefox pdf reader was vulnerable to a well-known attack (of course there probably exist 0 days but they wouldn’t be burned on you). Any attacker could simply link you a PDF and you’d be infected simply for clicking the link? If this was true, people would stop using firefox because it would be insecure.
Modern switches are all jailbreak able through mod chips.
You know, the timeline makes sense but I’ll leave this here anyway: 🤡
That’s still steamos2, based on debian 8 (current is debian 12). What’s on the Steam deck is much more recent, usable and stable.
There’s some user made distros that are basically just like steamos3 though, but at that point you may just as well install a mainstream linux distribution and simply install steam on it.
I suggest Titanfall 2 next
He was already a weirdo before the money, well adjusted people don’t create face match or whatever he called it
That is without a doubt the single most stupid thing I’ve heard this entire week
“sure our game has gambling elements, but we’re Nintendo so shut the fuck up and give us a better rating because you’re a private company in the business of giving ratings”
Also: brand shield says they only wanted the url gone but you don’t get that when talking to the registrar. Registrar are all or nothing, so clearly they knew they were doing this
Legally, going to the registrar so fast isn’t even the right course of action. You first have to contact the poster, then the platform, then the hosting provider, then the registrar. Of course in normal DMCA cases the first 2 are the same person so you don’t really have to do that (and also who will care if it goes to court)
Where’s you’re going you don’t need luck, just a solid enough internet access point to search for solutions!
Number for number, sure, if it’s actually available at that price.
The problem is that Intel’s drivers sucked in the past, so they definitely have to prove themselves with this launch. I definitely wouldn’t be buying it release day if I needed a GPU.
Alright then I’ll do you one better:
Google regularly abuses their market share dominance in browsers in order to push for changes to web standards that benefit them, such as their web integrity api (which would have prevented blocking ads). This is monopolistic behavior, and the largest ad company on the planet shouldn’t get to decide web standards.
As a side note: both firefox and Samsung are paid handsomely (just like apple) to have Google as a default search engine. This also is monopolistic behavior, if you built a better product than them then you couldn’t outspend them to get to the same position.
Google is the default search engine for chrome, and chrome is the single most popular browser at about 95% market share.
(I am not a lawyer)
To me this is what allowed them to not comb through the millions of documents. Since you have a piece of evidence they gave you admitting to destroying additional evidence, they basically can get not goodwill at all in front of a judge, so it doesn’t matter if they say “your honor everything was turned over during discovery and we’re all clear”, the instant your lawyers contact their lawyers, it’s settling time.
That’s cool, I’m glad you are making something you enjoy. The point stands that the average Joe doesn’t actually seek out poetry, be it man or machine-made, and will therefore be an exceptionally poor judge of a poems quality.
I’ll raise you one better: who the fuck wants poetry?
Like I know I sound like a fucking mongrel who can’t appreciate art or whatever, but how many poems do you think the average person reads in their entire life? Maybe 2, for school? Poetry is just not that popular of an art form, so of course people aren’t going to be good at distinguishing good from bad. Compare it to visual arts, where people have seen multiple examples, at least more than 3 times a year for their entire life, of good visual art.
It’s actually pretty scary how quickly culture can devolve when the guy who signs your paycheck decides what the culture is. Most people working at valve could afford to retire if the culture got bad enough.
For a worked out example, see early Google versus modern Google.
Imo we’re extremely lucky gabe isn’t bobby kotick. It seems his son is not an absolute fuck, so that’s good, but we’ll have to see.
Me too. My final reason to not go back to windows was that I realized I didn’t actually really care for the games I played with restrictive anti cheat and was only playing them because they were popular.
Now I just play games that I consciously acknowledge I’m enjoying playing, and that has been great for mental health as well.
