sicarius@lemmy.worldtoToday I Learned@lemmy.world•TIL if you want to make a powdered drink like hot chocolate or cup-a-soup, add a tiny amount of water to the powder and make a paste before adding the hot water to avoid clumping.

When making mac and cheese just cook the pasta in milk, then when it’s ready add in the grated cheddar, mozzarella and cream cheese and stir. Job done.
