…with blyatjack and hookers!
Unusable in our case
No. Beegfs.
While not common, I unfortunately have some anecdotal evidence to the contrary: I was an illegal* in Texas for a month, and i ate quite a few babies* while there. Not only that, but I was the wrong* skin color too.
*: I was there as part of my job, on a tourist visa, which does allow for meetings and such. However, there were some last minute changes to the plan that involved some “proper” work that was originally scheduled for a different trip. Big nono.
*: Despite my dislike for chicken, I ate quite a few at company dinners.
*: I contracted a pretty bad sunburn while there.
These fascist-wannabe fucktards probably would make some impressive contortionist performances while bending over backwards to explain how I’m not the type of immigrant they’re scared of.
Oh, and for the “they’re bringing diseases”. Yup. I’ve had COVID twice. Both times contracted during business trips to the US. I had to quarantine before going “BaCk To WhErE i CaMe FrOm”
I primarily use perl, and while I find its syntax easy to understand, I’ll be the first to admit that its syntax and special use cases thereof does provide a way for some rather exotic symbol-garbage to be valid code.
Normal perl code is simple enough. But abnormal code does happen, sometimes on purpose, sometimes by accident.
I’ll share with you this gem:
Why is this program valid? I was trying to create a syntax error
Yeah, that movie was a perfectly timed parody of the War On Terror™. For a sequel to work today, the background must be changed.
This got me thinking: If I, for some masochistic reason, decided to switch to MacOS - is it possible to install it on an average PC?
Yeah, that’s the guy, I think.
“With great claims come great responsibility”
That guy from Spiderman, probably
Go away, Sam Altman
You forgot the proto-indo-european example for “I’m no linguist, just uninformed observation”
I for one prefer demon linux over fish linux. In fact, that’s how I first dipped my toes into the world of unix-ish OSes with FreeBSD 3.3.
Meh, init 6, you coward
I’m OOtL on this one. What/who is/was Concord? And what happened to it/them?
I have not. In fact, I’d never even heard of it until you mentioned it.
But I sure as hell will give it a go now that I am aware of its existence. Thanks for the tip!
I trust Gabe. I just don’t trust whoever takes over after him.
I too prefer GOG, but the fact that they still haven’t made a native linux port of GOG Galaxy causes me to mostly use Steam. I usually use GOG for indie stuff and thingsI want without it being tied to a launcher or DRM.
Oh, and I recently bought Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 there, as I felt it was about time I gave Chris Sawyer some money for all the fun the pirated version I downloaded 25 years ago have provided.
Well, with linux you get the option of sending mixed signals through the use of varying count of guns. I find 9 to be highly effective.
