Ea kills everything it touches.
Well said!
There was, don’t watch it, it bombed xD
Nothing went wrong. Remember the era where every sequel was straight to DVD? Who remembers The Lion King 2? How about Brother Bear 2? Sonic Adventure 2?
It’s difficult to iterate on a piece of media that was written to be a standalone entity.
The only exceptions really are when stories are split into multiple games (such as halo 1-3)
Many already do, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is one that immediately comes to mind.
Monday? I’ll see you in two hours! xD
Even though Larian did a great job modernizing pieces, D&D 5E is just really crunchy and outdated, imo. Larian’s own Divinity Original Sin 2 had a largely better combat, magic, and armor system, even if it is a slightly older title now.
Physical and magic armor, spell cooldowns (prevents spell spam and constant short and long rests), advanced elemental and cursed surfaces, and diversified healing and combat magic make characters more flexible.
5e’s rest system is good for taking care of (what was) useless food in inventory, moves the story along, and provides good places for more natural relationships. D&Ds lack of flexible healing and spell slots means a lot of annoying enemy encounters, however.
I’m on my second playthrough of both titles right now. BG3’s story is awesome. :)
It’s a very good game! I loved Subnautica too :)
Balatro!
Edit: inscryption is WASD +spacebar only, if you can do that with a slight seating adjustment. It’s great for planes. The post game content might be even better than the game content, haha.
All my joycons have drift, and I have several sets. I’m not touching a switch 2 because of that, and the insane cost of games. Nintendo needs to make better hardware.
Please make it a trend to “own the libs”
Play them back to back! It offers a really nice juxtaposition. I did a whole half life playthrough with all the mainline games + VR and HL + BM :)
Black mesa is so insanely good.
Judging by all the shark card crap they jammed into the last GTA, I fully expect them to shovel a bunch of crap in to make more money: $70 base games, deluxe editions, DLC, micro transactions, social club integration, required internet connections, all of it.
I miss the old GTAs before they got greedy.
Damn, I didn’t know Gaetz was into older women.
A lot of the top movies got mixed reviews from friends and family. I saw some that were meh. Hope next year has some better ones.
This is giving me PTSD over my Comcast router/modem combo. It had no venting, so it suffered from overheating problems, despite having a fan (it would cause the internet performance to degrade dramatically). Eventually I just shucked the entire thing and ran it without it’s plastic chassis. It ran perfectly after that.

I also said half life. Doom was a leap forward, but Half life actually set a technological and story telling bar, on a budget, in 1998. Many videogames drew inspiration from its innovations, storytelling or themes.
There was a less than flattering YouTube video comparing the two. Valve put a ton of engineering behind the game that was apparently quite difficult to emulate. The results appeared half-baked when compared side by side.
I would love a l4d3 though!
I like Leaf razors. Less expensive than Harry’s after you buy the handles, and there’s no plastic packaging anywhere. And the refills are cheap (and were even cheaper) until Trump screwed up the economy. It can take any single edge razors, it’s not proprietary.
There’s three blade and single blade variants for your face or body. Both work great. (Just a heads up, you don’t have to tighten the shit out of the screw on the back of the razor)
