I don’t believe there is any ereader that specifically supports bookshop.org, but bookshop does have some drm-free books that you should be able to download and put on any ereader.
Edit: you do have some ereaders that run android, so you might be able to put the bookshop app on there.

Zen browser is really nice imo. The developers update it very frequently.
One drawback is that it lacks widevine support, which means that things like netflix won’t work.
