I know a lot of people didn’t like it, but I loved Megalopolis. It’s so ambitious, has great cinematography, and it’s weird. I thought it was well acted and will be a cult classic in a decade. It is a little weird that the main character is the only person with a superpower (stopping time) and it has almost no impact on the story, but that just adds to the weird appeal for me.
Also the sound in that game is absolutely top tier. It’s very easy to pinpoint a location of a sound, making noise a high priority while moving around.

Baldwin is guilty of putting trust in the people around him doing their jobs correctly.
Wasn’t he a producer for this movie? I think one of the arguments against him was that he had some responsibility over the filming including safety. If there is a safety incident, he’s somewhat responsible.
I’m of 2 minds about this. On one hand, I think he’s not at fault, the armorer is. As long as he hired a qualified armorer with a good safety record, what more could he have done? On the other hand, if we hold the higher ups more responsible for safety issues, they will put in place better safety controls to reduce risk.
I showed my friends Rubber. It’s a movie about a serial killer tire. I think it’s great. Everyone I’ve showed it to thought it was terrible.

Agreed. I think 2XKO could be big enough and accessible enough to bring in Smash players. Riot probably realized they were cannibalizing their own hit game
Also Rivals 2 will likely do well. If anything, we’re seeing platform fighters getting more and more recognized as a genre rather than one game and a bunch of clones.
I think Jared Leto is a pretty good casting choice. He’s a self absorbed douche so he barely had to act.
