The vibe that I feel McKay was going for is the Simpsons meme with Ralph on the bus chuckling about being in danger. It feels like a dramedy, but so close to reality that you can’t help but have that reaction. It’s not necessarily a call to action, just a hey wake up and see how close we are to this shit.

They have always categorized the 365 apps, and 365 software as 2 distinct platforms. The apps are the website based versions, while the actual 365 installs were still considered a traditional install.
This could have changed in the years I worked for them, but this could be just impacting the website versions.
Edit -Rereading the article, this does sound like all 365 software will be impacted since they used the word applications. Keep in mind though, any office prior to 2013 is officially incompatible with 10/11, but they still run in most cases without problems.
You can get a US passport card. It only works for Canada Mexico and some Caribbean islands though. The tech is already there.

I’m a techie, but I’m past the point where I want to tinker and mess with my stuff for hours or days to get it up and running. I’m sure the enterprise grade options are better, but I just want some plug and play option that at least allows me access to the more detailed stuff if needed. This looks like a solid recommend.

Until they can get laser projectors to match the brightness of at least older oled, I just can’t use it as a main screen. The picture quality is great on a lot of them, just not bright enough to use in a windowed room.

I never got the hate either. It’s creepy and uncomfortable on such a primal level. I’ve seen Cage in some weird roles, but he was so unnerving in this one.
I put it up there with the best horror of the last decade.
Longlegs and Civil War stuck with me for so long after watching them.
I think it’s a solid hit. Teamup mechanic is really interesting and actually impacts the match. Team rosters feel more flexible vs OW where specific counters are needed in most cases. I think the art style is a huge win too. It’s consistent across animation, static images, charachter design etc. They didn’t just use existing assets. Microtransactions aren’t shoved in your face. And I love how the battlepass let’s you pick and choose what you want.
Balancing characters will take time, there’s some QoL things I’d like to see, and the crashes need fixing, but really solid out the gate.
Madame web. I really wanted to give it a chance. I couldn’t make it past 15 minutes. Dakota Johnson is such a terrible actress, she ruined it for me.
I managed to finish it, but I was brutal to get through.
This should have been stated day one.
It’s still hollow until they actually do something, but it’s the least they should have done.
