When you want a job done right, don’t leave it to amateurs, go to stealmytesla.com.
That comic is almost as surprising as the term. Humor has changed so much. You’d never get away with that much dialog in a comic these days.
Galvanized iron blankets sound like what the military would issue.
Shitty title. Business school professors claim they trained an AI to judge workers’ personalities based on their faces.
The article talks about why that is such a stupid and terrible proposal.
if the US government wanted Google to do something, they could storm their headquarters and get the government tech people to go in the servers and change it.
Bwahahahahahahainhalehahahahahahaa
Thanks, I needed that. Whatever movies you’re watching are terrible.
Forcing your way into Google to have “government techs” change something is NCIS level ridiculous. Conceivably they might get a court order to “force” Google to change. Funnily enough, the US and Mexico have the exact same levers to make a company do what they want. The US has more power to push those levers though.
20% is 20%. It won’t be dirt cheap for another year or two. If you’d prefer to wait until Christmas in hopes of saving $3, more power to you.
Not sure if this is helpful, but BG3 is on sale until tomorrow morning.
I havent been able to play yet, so I’m incredibly excited.
I like to go into a movie with as few expectations as possible and hear as little about it as possible. This has never bit me in the ass as hard as Prometheus. I don’t like horror(?) movies, haven’t seen any other Alien movies, and had assumed it was about Greek Mythology. 😆
Korra was good. TLA was one of the best animated series of all time, so nothing would fill it’s shoes. But Korra was a solid show.
I am a fan of the Netflix version and looking forward to the next season.
I am honored to accept the Earth King’s invitation. 😛
I watched the Last Airbender movie before seeing the cartoon.
It’s not a bad kung fu movie, except for the casting. Not great, but it was a fun watch. Now that I’ve seen the cartoon, I understand why the folx who grew up with it refuse to acknowledge it’s existence.
Yeah, I’d call it heavy handed. It felt like it was a message first. Not as bad as the Daily Wire stuff, but going down that road. Even if I agree with the message, it felt contrived.
Just my two cents though.
It is more difficult than a few years ago, especially if you don’t want to get sued or get a threatening letter from your ISP.
I would only torrent with a VPN and a private tracker. It’s certainly not difficult to learn, but absolutely requires some small amount of information to acquire.
How specifically similar to this instance does the erasure of Black women need to be? Yes, Black women are dehumanized all the time. It’s common for movies to turn Black people into animals and objectify Black women in any number of ways.
That is what is offensive about the fan edit. In the original movie poster she is a person. Her eyes are meant to connect with the viewer. The fan edit specifically takes that away from her.
The signal to noise ratio is so low these days. There’s so much information out there but everyone wants to profit from you before you can get it. Even worse, the people with good information generally can’t buy as big a megaphone as the people who profit from lying to you.
Honestly, I think humans have been more likely to believe an easy lie than a hard truth all along, but it’s easier than ever these days.
I suspect it would be difficult to generate enough data to intentionally change a dataset. There are certainly little holes, like the glue pizza thing, but finding and exploiting them would be difficult and noticing you and blocking you as a data source would be easy.
A cab with no driver is just an incredibly expensive gender neutral toilet. I shudder to think what will be done in these if they ever exist.
Didn’t he say full self drive was two years away at least 5 years ago?
With no information, the blurb is almost designed to be infuriating. But remember that they didn’t just drop a wall there. We’re talking about grading and building roads for heavy equipment to get there, probably storage, and who knows what else. My money says that was the grift in the first place: scam Trump voters into paying to turn a worthless piece of land into something usable.
The problem with that is that a guy who murdered his three kids is known for something.
At the most generous, maybe the professor in the article shares a name with the killer. Articles will include enough information to clear the professor (like maybe the killer has been in jail for a decade ). A LLM will weave together real information about the professor with the “fact” that he killed his kids.
ChatGPT shouldn’t be used to find any real information, period.
