No idea, I have a good support structure, so I’m probably not completely fucked if/when it comes down to it. Also my doctor has implied he has some way of helping, should the shit hit the fan, not sure what that could possibly entail though.

Same reason I’ve been unemployed for a long while, my disability and medicare covers so much of my costs that working would likely result in less money in my pocket.
I see more people talking about this in the Stop Killing Games discourse than SKG itself, maybe that’s why its failing.
Its not his actual name. Its Jason.
Completely agree, I also noticed that every single notable person I see talking about this is from the US or Canada. I also get the impression that the EU simple doesn’t care enough.
Big, if true.
No one has more problems on windows than a linux-first user.
Every thread like this has people that can’t seem to get windows to do the bare minimum, but I have yet to have a single hiccup in months. I don’t get it. This isn’t even a “linux bad” comment, I dual boot and enjoy my linux install as well, the only “problems” I have on there are from being new to linux.
Never happened to me, but then again, most of the shit I see people complain windows does has never been my experience either.
I messed around with dex forever ago, it was surprised at how much worse it could have been, but wasn’t.
The OG xbox controller was HUGE compared to the versions you might be aware of, look up the duke if you’re not aware.
Listen, as long as ESVI ends up being highly modable and has a healthy community behind it to make the mods, it’ll be good enough for me.
“Why doesn’t anyone ever mention Grungus/Flible?”
How do people keep up with all this shit?
No one is gonna randomly follow you on Masodon because no one is gonna see your posts.
RTFM is great when it covers the problem you’re having, but I’ve seen multiple times in various forums, when the problem isn’t covered by the manual or the solution isn’t immediately obvious, the user is just ignored entirely. Some people have a really weird “linux doesn’t have any issues, its the user’s fault” attitude.
Based on how everyone talks about it all coming back all the time, apparently so. Now I used a debloated version of windows for the few things that I can’t get to work on Bazzite, so it wasn’t there in the first place. Something to consider if you need windows for whatever reason.
I don’t know if I did something that most people don’t, but I never had any of the stuff I deleted (one drive, the ads in the start menu, etc) come back after deleting them once right after install.
Kind of me, I have a genetic heart defect I don’t intent to pass on. Though realistically, it was unlikely to happen in the first place.
No, you don’t understand, misgendering is fine when its someone you don’t like, just like how body shaming is great when its a man.
