I didn’t pick up any of the deep discount items but I did pick up a few items on my wishlist. I picked up Mouthwashing, WitchSpring R, Little Kitty Big City, the Nonory game collection and Okami HD. I already have the last two but I wanted them in the Steam library so I can play them on my deck.
I will also add both of the House Flipper games!
Well I guess I’ll be playing this again next year.

Same boat my friend. Never ever had a xitter account but I made a Bluesky account last week to check things out. My husband deleted his Twitter account quite a while back and has been sorely missing seeing people he followed. I tried getting him here but he really doesn’t understand the whole set up. So I’m trying to convince him to join Bluesky. I have no idea what I’m doing over there but the folks there are much like we were here in the beginning in that everyone is helping each other learn. I do think that the platform will serve as a good bridge to get people learning about Federated platforms. We all have to start somewhere.
I feel like Fantasy Life did this the best though. I absolutely loved this game and wish it would get a port to PC.
Omg when I bought my new Civic the first thing I asked the dealer was how to turn off braking assistance. He immediately doubled down and tried to make me feel like a “dumb woman” and then when I told him only an idiot would rely on that shit in heavy rain or snow he changed his tune. It still pisses me off that it turns itself back on every time you start the car.
My first thought was that Mackie’s bland acting killed Altered Carbon and now it’s killing Captain America. He has absolutely no charisma on his own.

Maize, a point and click/walking simulator/puzzle game about a secret military project to create sentient corn. Quite possibly the silliest game I’ve ever played.
I work mornings in the office and drive home on lunch break to wfh the rest of the day and all my best solutions pop into my head in that drive home. It’s great because it’s a quick break from work to get the brain percolating and then I can jump right into solving mode as soon as I get home.
I’m torn about this because I have good mentors but I genuinely want to try to learn how to code and not just have the answers given to me right away. At least I’m only working on volunteer project so being slow isn’t really holding anyone else up.
I didn’t even know this was coming. I’m beyond excited.

I think they don’t care if AI does a good job. I think that they will provide the AI capabilities to their lowest clients and keep the human sales team for the clients who are willing to spend more money. When you can no longer increase your sales base you start focusing on the ones you can milk for more.
I love my Steam deck for this reason. I started out using it to replace my switch and now I’m easing my way into learning Linux.
