Don’t use DoubleDouble.top. Many of its tracks are YouTube rips.
Use one of these websites instead. Every single tune is available in 320Kbps MP3 and FLAC. No rips nor re-encoding:

Changing the track does work but the ad break stays. BUT I could fast forward the ad.I pay fucking Family Prem. for that shit. WTF?!
@The Haters: No, this was not a baked in ad by the podcast hoster but literally inserted by Spotify.I switched to AntennaPod for podcasts because of this. It’s also just a better experience - it auto downloads new episodes and deletes them after playing.
